Group Of Trade Wind Co., Ltd focused on thorough training, refresher courses and retraining to upgrade crew competence and quality performance to ensure safety of the ship, compliance to STCW’95, ISM and SMS of the company with the use of In-House Training Courses, VIDEOTEL and computerized training programs. All crew are trained on ISPS CODE, Maritime English, special type ship Cargo Operations,etc. Steward crew are trained in cooking Oriental food together with operation, maintenance and hygiene in the galley.
